Up for sale is an absolutely stunning original oil painting by the Florida Highwaymen artist R.A. Roy Mclendon. Depicting a tremendous Florida seascape with the ocean to the left and beach to the right, a group of three palm trees decorate the top of the sand dune with other smaller palms and green vegetation. Mirroring the three palm trees are three small little white birds by the waters edge all underneath a tremendous sky with large cumulus clouds. Well executed this impressionist style painting is signed in the lower right corner “R.A. Mclendon” and is in fine original condition. This is a large and impressive painting by Mclendon making it a rare example of this highly collected Florida Highwaymen.
