Up for sale is a gorgeous original oil painting by the talented contemporary Columbian artist Margarita Lozano entitled “Garden with Hollyhock”. This work is titled and dated verso indicating it was painted in 2005 and still attached is its gallery label showing it was retailed and sold through Wally Findlay Gallery. This large and impressive oil painting on canvas measures approximately 47 1/4 x 27 1/2 inches while the gold wood frame measures 52 3/4 x 33 1/8 inches. Depicting an array of colorful flowers in addition to that of the hollyhock’s this composition is full and looks great when hung on the wall. Executed in more of an impressionist manner the painting displays well and is in excellent original condition. The gold frame shows some minor cosmetic blemishes but could be easily corrected with a bottle of gold leaf.
