Up for sale is an outstanding WPA painting titled "Culture" depicting an intricate composition of hands with histories greatest inventions. The detail is exquisite clearly attesting to the talent of Curtis Linde who appears to be a rather unknown, but talented early to mid 20th century painter. Executed in gouache on board, this impressive painting measures 34 x 24 inches while its margins measure 40 x 30 inches. Unframed, the painting is in fine condition with the margins showing loss and discoloration.
