Up for sale is a STUNNING copper engraving of the famous 18th century Barbarian pirate Stede Bonnet. Let me just say the quality of this print mimics the prints of Rembrandt's as he so familiarly executed many similar portrait etchings. The detail is breathtaking as every hair from his head to beard is definable as well as the emotion in his face and eyes.

While this etching is signed in the lower right hand corner it is unfortunately illegible. This etching came from a collection of art from a gallery that had shut down in the West Palm Beach area. This print has been professionally framed with all archival grade materials as well as having museum quality glass which is the sign of a world class print. The black and gold frame fits this print perfectly measuring a total of 18 x 19.5 inches while the plate mark of the etching measures 4 x 6 inches.
